Our West Fork IPA harkens back to the British Isles for our take on an English IPA. We use a combination of Warrior, Mt. Hood and Crystal hops to play off a malt bill of Pale, Victory, Brown, and Wheat malts. Then we ferment the beer out with Nottingham ale yeast for a beautifully balanced IPA with hints of toffee, caramel, and toasted bread, playing off a spicy and floral hop character. This is a great winter IPA perfect to enjoy by the fire at the end of the day.
